recently joined the Cashillion Network. I found out about it by using British Rewards (which by the way is a complete waste of time as it takes forever to reach minimum payout for Paypal). Cashillion has a lot of Cost Per Action programs.
Registration is simple, and your application is reviewed by the Affiliate manager and you'll receive your user name and password via email if accepted. The website is fairly easy to use and affiliates have their own control panel which shows detailed statistics of traffic and sales that you have referred. There are training materials available too, and a variety of banners and text links. Affiliates can also change the look and feel of the control panel!
