Payperpost and Social Spark are probably the most popular blog advertising networks. I regularly login to take opportunities and earn money from blogging. Their timely payments and lots of advertisers have made them very popular. Social Spark is like the community of bloggers and advertisers, and includes lots of advertising options to advertisers, including Cost Per Click, Cost per action, Sponsored posts and simple review exchange. Minimum payout is $25 paid via Paypal.
Payperpost removed Earn Free Money, but accepted The Writer's Blog. They recently have added offers paying as little as $0.50! Well, I must admit, I've taken them too. No minimum payout, and Payperpost pays exactly after one month after you publish your post.
Izea recently launched a case study for K-Mart and offered selected few bloggers a $500 gift card for writing about their experience. The bloggers were to offer the gift card to one of their readers too and tweet about it on twitter. The campaign got thousands of blog readers and Twitterers discussing Kmart, Izea, sponsored blogging and the bloggers who participated. The bloggers got a lot of traffic, and IZEA and Payperpost got a lot of exposure too.
